Se requiere título universitario y más de 5 años de experiencia, con dominio de inglés y portugués.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top manufacturing talent within the Americas (focus on indirect positions).
Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, industry networks, and employee referrals, to identify and engage qualified candidates.
Conduct comprehensive resume reviews, candidate screenings, and assessments to build strong talent pipelines.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, interview documentation, and recruitment metrics.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience within manufacturing environments; experience in the automotive industry and/or R&D technical centers is preferred.
Experience recruiting for both the United States and Brazil is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while delivering a high-quality hiring process.
Proficiency with ATS and modern recruitment tools.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in the automotive industry and/or R&D technical centers is preferred.
Experience recruiting for both the United States and Brazil is highly desirable

Hybrid work arrangement: On-site Monday through Thursday; remote, short workday on Fridays.
