Responsibilities

了解宜家产品，积极快速地解决顾客退换问题，并提供顾客需要的替代解决方案。
了解产品的组装及配件，为有组装问题的顾客提供帮助及更换配件的服务。
使用系统准确记录退换信息，确保库存数量准确；同时根据系统数据分析退换货原因，改善顾客购物体验。
运用工作手册和宜家全球解决方案，持续提升顾客购物体验。

Requirements

对家居零售行业充满热情，适应快节奏的工作环境。
礼貌友好，面对顾客情绪能承受压力并保持镇定。
具备良好的决策能力和冲突解决能力。
有面对面服务顾客经验、售后服务经验者更佳。
