A detail-oriented Sr. FinOps Analyst with an accounting background is sought to join the Financial Planning team in Pune, Maharashtra. This on-site role involves processing vendor payments, reconciling statements, managing vendor queries, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce, advanced Excel skills, and experience in finance operations, accounts payable, or general ledger.

Responsibilities

Process vendor payments and reconcile vendor statements independently.
Ensure timely and accurate transactions while adhering to financial operations policies and documentation requirements.
Respond to and resolve vendor queries through Service Improvement Management (SIM) tickets.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive vendor relationships.
Research technical, operational, and financial details to understand business needs and develop insights.
Perform due diligence checks according to financial operations policies.
Create expense reports and process purchase orders.
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and vendor experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce (B. Com)
Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
Experience in finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, account receivable (collections) or general ledger

Desired Qualifications

3+ years of finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, account receivable (collections) or general ledger experience
MBA
