Responsibilities

Ensure a safe work environment
Lead and supervise a team of TL's
Responsible for overall Quality, Productivity and dark store performance
Appraise performance, resolve problems, and address staffing needs
Review work forecasts and determine productivity requirements
Ensure Building health and inventory metrics
Collaborate with stakeholders and drive adoption of best practices
Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives
Understand system interventions for order processing and train teams
Carry out resource planning and remove capacity constraints
Ensure best practices in people management and accountability
Manage people and team development
Create leaders and talent pipeline
Manage stakeholder relationships and projects
Interface cross-functionally to adopt best practices and initiatives

Requirements

2+ years of employee and performance management experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience

Desired Qualifications

2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
