Amazon seeks a Sr. Associate - Quality Analyst for its Global Solutions and Risk Compliance (GSRC) team in Bengaluru, India. This role focuses on daily quality audits, identifying process gaps and anomalies, and proposing solutions to enhance productivity and compliance within regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

Performs quality audits on a daily basis using Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and achieves self-utilization, productivity and quality as per defined targets.
Comprehends SOPs with minimal support and identifies opportunities.
Identifies anomalies through audits (SOP defects, Process gaps etc.).
Uses knowledge and identifies defect/s & preliminary root causes, explains the rationale.
Proposes solutions on quality/productivity and works on milestones with managers.
Expertise in research – finding specific information (eg: products, regulations etc) in a timely manner.
Prepares key insight trends and shares reports on regular basis.
Provides feedback to the associates and closes loop on audit observations.
Responds to stakeholders with guidance and flags any updates to Lead/Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
2+ year work experience in Business Process Outsourcing in any of the following domains: accounting, regulatory compliance, IT services, quality assurance
Business Process Outsourcing, Operations processes

Desired Qualifications

Database management is an added advantage
Experience in trade compliance, import/export operations, customs regulations, cross-border logistics, or regulatory compliance processes related to global trade operations is preferred
Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations
Experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies
Experience as a quality auditor in retail chain management / FMCG company / Corporate role
Experience in designing and implementing custom reporting systems using automation tools
Experience with data analysis in a variety of quantitative fields and experience building data and decision support systems
Knowledge of database query technologies (SQL)
