Responsibilities

Lead and grow a cross-functional team of software engineers and data engineers.
Architect and deliver a governed data serving platform.
Own the design and delivery of a unified configuration layer for safety business rules.
Drive development of compound safety signals.
Lead frontend and backend development of a consolidated safety dashboard.
Partner with upstream platform teams on signal integration.
Drive development of AI powered agents for safety intelligence.
Define and track success metrics for latency, deployment time, and signal velocity.
Operate with principles of Zero Gravity and Zero Friction.

Requirements

7+ years of engineering experience.
3+ years of engineering team management experience.
3+ years of developing large-scale, multi-tiered distributed software systems using Java, C#, or C++.
8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services.
Knowledge of engineering practices for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle.
Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership.
Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers.
