The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
Develop project plans, schedules, and timelines.
Establish KPIs and success criteria.
Communicate with clients, sponsors, leadership teams, and project stakeholders.
Conduct project reviews and steering committee meetings.
Provide regular status updates and progress reports.
Coordinate project activities across teams.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and with required quality.
Track milestones and manage dependencies.
Estimate and manage project costs.
Allocate and optimize resources.
Monitor financial performance and project health.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Maintain risk and issue registers.
Escalate critical issues when necessary.
Lead cross-functional teams.
Assign tasks and responsibilities.
Resolve conflicts and remove blockers.
Motivate team members to achieve project goals.
Ensure adherence to organizational standards and processes.
Maintain project documentation.
Drive project governance reviews and audits.
Assess and manage scope changes.
Control project change requests.
Drive organizational adoption of new processes or technologies.
Monitor project KPIs.
Prepare executive dashboards and reports.
Track progress against scope, schedule, and budget.
Obtain stakeholder sign-off.
Conduct lessons learned sessions.
Ensure knowledge transfer and project documentation completion.
