Scania is seeking a Service Administrator for their teams in Münsbach and Schifflange, Luxembourg. This full-time, on-site role involves administrative processing of workshop jobs, preparing customer invoices, and supporting Service Advisors. Responsibilities
- Administratively process and check completed workshop jobs.
- Prepare, verify and process customer invoices.
- Check labour hours, spare parts and other items registered on workshop orders.
- Process administrative corrections and resolve discrepancies.
- Support Service Advisors with administration and customer follow-up.
- Assist with the preparation and administrative follow-up of quotations and work orders.
- Ensure customer and vehicle information is correctly maintained in our systems.
- Support the Service team in welcoming and assisting customers when required.
- Work closely with Service Advisors, workshop technicians, Parts and Service Management.
Requirements
- An administrative, commercial or technical qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in administration, invoicing, order processing or a similar position.
- A structured and accurate approach and a good understanding of figures.
- Good knowledge of common Office applications and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- A strong customer and service-oriented mindset.
- Good knowledge of either French or German.
- The ability to work independently while also enjoying being part of a team.
Desired Qualifications
- An interest in the automotive, commercial vehicle or transport industry; technical knowledge is an advantage but is not required.
- Knowledge of both French and German is an additional advantage.
