In short

We are looking for a Senior Technical Specialist with over 10 years of experience in SAP Payroll and hands-on SuccessFactors ECP. The role involves end-to-end payroll processes, EC to ECP data replication, and understanding EC Time impacts, with specific knowledge of DACH payroll configuration and integrations.

Responsibilities

10+ years SAP Payroll, with strong hands-on SuccessFactors ECP
SAP HCM Payroll: schemas, rules, PCRs, wage types, payroll drivers
End-to-end payroll: regular runs, retro, off-cycle, reconciliation, year-end/statutory reporting
EC → ECP replication, including employee, organisation, compensation and time data
Strong EC Time / time valuation understanding and payroll impact
DACH payroll configuration and local statutory/tax/social-insurance knowledge
Payroll Control Centre (PCC): KPIs, policies, validation rules, alerts and monitoring
Integrations: EC–ECP, ECP–FI/GL, banks, tax authorities and benefits providers
SAP HCM Time Management advantageous; SAP CPI familiarity is a plus

Requirements

15+ years of experience
10+ years SAP Payroll
Strong hands-on SuccessFactors ECP
SAP HCM Payroll expertise (schemas, rules, PCRs, wage types, payroll drivers)
End-to-end payroll experience (regular runs, retro, off-cycle, reconciliation, year-end/statutory reporting)
Experience with EC → ECP replication (employee, organisation, compensation, time data)
Strong understanding of EC Time / time valuation and its payroll impact
DACH payroll configuration knowledge
Knowledge of local statutory, tax, and social-insurance requirements in DACH
Experience with Payroll Control Centre (PCC) including KPIs, policies, validation rules, alerts, and monitoring
Experience with integrations: EC–ECP, ECP–FI/GL, banks, tax authorities, and benefits providers

Desired Qualifications

SAP HCM Time Management experience is advantageous.
SAP CPI familiarity is a plus.
