This role involves building complex AppWorks solutions, including case workflows, SLA/escalation logic, and integrations, and acting as technical deputy to the AppWorks Lead. The ideal candidate will have expert proficiency in AppWorks low-code development and BPM, and advanced skills in web services, Java, JavaScript, SQL, and OTDS security.

Responsibilities

Build AppWorks entities and building blocks for the full case lifecycle.
Develop BPM processes for review loops, information requests, rejections, disputes and multi-level approvals.
Implement timers, automated reminders and escalations.
Develop REST/SOAP interfaces with ERP modules and other enterprise systems.
Configure email/SMS notifications and templates; build reports, dashboards and tracking views.
Review junior developers' work, unit test, fix defects, deploy releases and provide second/third-line support.

Requirements

7+ years in software development.
4+ years hands-on with AppWorks (or Process Suite).
Expertise in AppWorks low-code development (entities, building blocks, lifecycles, rules, forms).
Expertise in AppWorks BPM (BPMN, sub-processes, timers, human tasks, exception handling).
Advanced skill in web services and integration (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, XSLT).
Advanced skill in Java and JavaScript.
Advanced skill in SQL (Oracle, MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL).
Advanced skill in OTDS and role-based security.
