The Senior Physical Design Engineer will be responsible for creating high-quality designs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements. Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine design requirements.
Develop and validate prototypes using Synopsys Ic Compiler and Cadence Innovus.
Mentor and guide junior designers through training and documentation.
Work with cross-functional teams to align physical design with project goals.
Partner with QA teams to implement rigorous testing processes.

Requirements

Strong understanding of Physical Design Methodologies and Tools.
Knowledge of Place and Route, DRC, and LVS checks.
Proficiency in using design software such as Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor Graphics.
Familiarity with Semiconductor Design Principles and Practices.
Excellent Communication Skills.

Desired Qualifications

Certified Asic Design Engineer (CADE) is optional but valuable.
Physical Design Verification Certification is optional but valuable.
