Responsibilities
- Advise senior leaders on strategic, leadership, and change communication.
- Develop communication concepts, narratives, presentations, and key messages.
- Drive and deliver communication for strategic initiatives, organizational changes, and business transformations.
- Facilitate and coordinate key management and employee communication formats.
- Produce high-quality communication materials for senior management.
- Act as a trusted communication partner to stakeholders.
- Lead the strategic planning and coordination of BA Wind's participation in major wind industry fairs.
Requirements
- Advanced university degree (or equivalent) in communications, business, organizational development, change management, or related field.
- Several years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in strategic communication, transformation, or change management.
- Experience gained in a consulting firm or a complex international organization is ideal.
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex business challenges and develop recommendations.
- Strong ability to create high-quality communication products, presentations, and narratives.
- Experience supporting senior leaders and translating complex business topics.
- Knowledge of change-management principles and stakeholder engagement approaches.
- Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally gained experience in a consulting firm or a complex international organization.
- Experience supporting organizational and business transformation.
- Strong storytelling skills.
