Vattenfall is looking for an experienced Senior Manager Strategic & Change Communication to shape the communication strategy for their Business Area Wind. This role involves advising senior management, developing compelling narratives, and driving communication for strategic initiatives and organizational changes. The position is based in multiple European locations and requires strong strategic thinking, communication, and change management skills.

Ansvarsområden

Advise senior leaders on strategic, leadership, and change communication.
Develop communication concepts, narratives, presentations, and key messages.
Drive and deliver communication for strategic initiatives, organizational changes, and business transformations.
Facilitate and coordinate key management and employee communication formats.
Produce high-quality communication materials for senior management.
Act as a trusted communication partner to stakeholders.
Lead the strategic planning and coordination of BA Wind's participation in major wind industry fairs.

Krav

Advanced university degree (or equivalent) in communications, business, organizational development, change management, or related field.
Several years of relevant professional experience.
Proven experience in strategic communication, transformation, or change management.
Experience gained in a consulting firm or a complex international organization is ideal.
Demonstrated ability to structure complex business challenges and develop recommendations.
Strong ability to create high-quality communication products, presentations, and narratives.
Experience supporting senior leaders and translating complex business topics.
Knowledge of change-management principles and stakeholder engagement approaches.
Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Ideally gained experience in a consulting firm or a complex international organization.
Experience supporting organizational and business transformation.
