Responsibilities

Lead and execute day-to-day mechanical and electromechanical design activities.
Perform detailed electromechanical design, including mechanisms, actuations, and system integrations, using UG NX.
Develop and release 3D models, detailed drawings, and associated engineering documentation.
Apply DFM, DFA, tolerance analysis, and material selection.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Site Program Engineers.
Incorporate manufacturing processes, tools, and methods into design decisions.
Evaluate material applications with respect to product life cycle, reliability, and long-term performance.
Create and interpret block diagrams.
Generate and review technical documentation such as service bulletins, engineering letters, and design change documentation.
Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving techniques.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (full-time) in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with UG NX (Mechanical and/or Electrical).
Proven expertise in UG NX Electrical Routing.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in compliance with applicable export control and regulatory requirements.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with composites and aluminum alloys.
Background in Aerospace or Automotive interior design.
Experience in developing electromechanical mechanisms and actuation systems.
Strong technical documentation skills, including service bulletins and engineering letters.
Demonstrated ability to influence design decisions and collaborate across global engineering teams.
