Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support for complex incidents using Azure IaaS and Terraform, performing root cause analysis, and implementing solutions to resolve technical and security issues efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining a strong security posture.
Contribute to knowledge base updates and management, facilitating the onboarding of newcomers and coaching analysts to enhance team capabilities and service quality.
Adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements while delivering support, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Drive customer satisfaction by achieving first call resolution, minimizing rejected resolutions, and preventing case reopens, thereby mitigating security threats effectively.

Requirements

Proficiency in IaaS on Azure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
Solid understanding of Azure Kubernetes and Windows Azure PaaS/IaaS.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a support environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality standards in technical support.

Desired Qualifications

Optional but valuable certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate.
