Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for sales and customer-related activities, including contract chop applications, customer master data maintenance, SAP uploads, material code creation, and payment applications.
Support indirect purchasing activities through Ariba by coordinating with the Operations team.
Assist with project quotations and provide logistics-related support.
Support the planning and coordination of division activities, meetings, and events.
Foster positive customer experiences through effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

At least 5 years of relevant professional work experience, preferably in sales administration or a related field.
Good working knowledge of SAP and familiarity with its business processes.
Proficient in both English and Chinese, with effective written and spoken communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above.
