Responsibilities

Handle a variety of back-office tasks with quality and within timeframe.
Manage processes related to car and equipment finance contracts.
Contribute to continuous process improvement with new ideas.
Collaborate with colleagues in Scandinavian and Baltic countries.
Create, develop, and update process documentation.
Gain experience in energetic and unique teams.

Requirements

Communicative level of English (B2).
Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
Strong team player abilities.
Analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
Self-driven with a proactive mindset.
Change-driver competences.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in back-office banking is a plus, but not strictly required as it's an 'under education' role.
