Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with colleagues in Scandinavian and Baltic countries.
  • Create, develop, and update process documentation.
  • Gain experience in energetic and unique teams.

Requirements

  • Communicative level of English (B2).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Strong team player abilities.
  • Analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
  • Self-driven with a proactive mindset.
  • Change-driver competences.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in back-office banking is a plus, but not strictly required as it's an 'under education' role.
