Responsibilities

Develop, qualify, and continuously improve quality and manufacturing processes, procedures, and best practices.
Analyze quality data to identify trends and lead root cause analysis for non-conformances and customer complaints.
Implement sustainable corrective actions to drive year-over-year defect reduction.
Identify and implement process and productivity enhancements that increase throughput, reduce scrap and waste, and lower overall cost.
Support and apply Lean principles to optimize processes and sustain operational excellence.
Serve as the primary Quality interface with Engineering, Sales, Materials, and Marketing.
Track and analyze customer complaints and internal non-conformances, developing and implementing effective countermeasures.
Participate in capital planning efforts and implementation of new technologies.
Support cost reduction initiatives through data-driven analysis and process improvements.
Support and promote a strong safety culture while contributing to key operational goals.
Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality or other related experience.
Proven success in driving continuous improvement of quality inspection processes.
Working knowledge of quality systems and processes, including experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical equipment.
Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning abilities.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with Oracle Quality functionality.
Hands-on experience with control valves and related manufacturing processes.
