Responsibilities

Manage supplier portfolios and ensure accuracy of material planning data.
Express delivery needs to suppliers using dedicated tools.
Monitor supplier performance KPIs and propose action plans for improvement.
Analyze supplier confirmations and mitigate risks to production timelines.
Maintain delivery schedules and track missing parts until availability.
Resolve goods receipt issues and ensure non-conformance replacements.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
3-7 years of experience.
Experience or understanding of supply chain concepts and continuous improvement processes.
Knowledge of materials requirements planning and inventory management techniques.
Familiarity with supplier delivery performance management.
Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
Strong data analytics and project management basics.

Desired Qualifications

A Supply Chain certification is a plus.
