Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and optimize the logistics function for seamless material flow, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
- Champion a zero-accident safety culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Act as the primary link between the logistics department and relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely updates.
- Oversee inventory processes including goods receipt, storage, line-feeding, and scrapping.
- Drive productivity and efficiency through Lean, Six Sigma, and WCM methodologies.
- Identify automation and process optimization opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering / Logistics Management / Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- 3-6 Years experience, with at least 3 years as a People Leader.
- Strong background in material supply and handling within assembly environments.
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma concepts, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office & SAP.
- Analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting (Power BI, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI technologies for process optimization.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and work in a cross-functional organization.
- Strong problem-solving and change management capabilities.
- Adaptability to dynamic environments and global collaboration.
