Amarr is seeking a detail-oriented Load Planner to create efficient and damage-free truck load layouts in Lawrence, KS. This full-time, on-site role involves managing data, communicating with the scheduling team, and ensuring loading guidelines are met. Responsibilities

Produce legible and accurate load layouts for trucks, ensuring safe and damage-free loading/unloading.
Revise load layouts as needed and complete them within specified timelines.
Provide feedback to the Scheduling team regarding product fit within trailers.
Update layouts, shipping paperwork, and pick slips with additions, deletions, or changes.
Communicate with the Door Center for non-standard loading procedures.
Verify Load Builder Report, Load Builder, and Load Log match.
Create detailed layouts for ancillary items like track and hardware.
Consider springs, hardware, and flow-through items when plotting layouts.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Aptitude for learning and retaining product/policy and procedural knowledge.
Accuracy in handling large amounts of diverse data, proven by a speed and accuracy test.
Ability to work independently, under pressure, and in a fast-paced environment.
Experience producing and using spreadsheets in Excel.
Proficiency with Word and Outlook.

Desired Qualifications

Navigator experience preferred.
