The Warehouse Material Handler supports efficient warehouse operations by managing inbound receiving, outbound shipment handling, inventory, and material movement. This role requires a Bachelor's degree or diploma, 2-3 years of experience, and a valid forklift license, ensuring safe and accurate handling of materials.

Responsibilities

Unload and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
Accurately pick, pack, and label materials for outbound shipments.
Load shipments securely onto transportation vehicles.
Assist with warehouse housekeeping, cleanup, and reorganization.
Conduct safety audits for warehouse racks and equipment.
Maintain compliance with Emerson Ethics and Trade Compliance requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or a college diploma/equivalent qualification.
2 to 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or material handling functions.
Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management processes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Valid forklift operating license.
Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.

Desired Qualifications

Certification in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Forklift Operation Certificate.
Experience optimizing warehouse workflows and improving operational efficiency.
Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices within warehouse environments.
Previous experience operating forklifts in warehouse or logistics operations.
