Alfa Laval South Africa is looking for a passionate Fitter & Turner or Millwright Intern for their Service Operation Division in Johannesburg. This learnership offers hands-on experience in executing repairs, problem resolution, and contributing to safety and quality initiatives within a dynamic, international environment.

Responsibilities

Execute repairs according to specifications or an advanced repair task
Be engaged in problem resolution
Suggest improvements for products and working procedures
Engaged in 5S, safety and quality
Minimize number of workshop hours
Develop and inform him/herself
Assist service centre technicians their daily tasks
Ensure housekeeping
Be engaged in problem resolution in current tasks

Requirements

Graduate Trade or Red seal in Millwright or Fitting and turning
Driver’s license
Knowledge of MS Office
Crane operation
Forklift operation
Experience in rotating equipment
Knowledge of HSEQ regulations
