Responsibilities

Contribute to the daily operations of IKEA Food areas (Restaurant, Bistro, Kitchen, or Swedish Food Market).
Act on customer feedback to improve the food experience.
Ensure global and national compliance and food safety standards are maintained.
Act as a brand ambassador for IKEA and IKEA Retail Food.
Support retail foundations and sales steering tools to optimize sales.
Work proactively to exceed customer expectations and create a welcoming environment.
Contribute to the unit business plan and IKEA Retail Food goals.
Take responsibility for own learning and development.
Support IKEA’s sustainability goals by reducing waste and promoting environmentally friendly practices.

Requirements
