Electrolux Group is seeking a Head of Cyber Security to lead the Cyber Security domain across EMEA and APAC from their Stockholm headquarters. This strategic role involves driving security-by-design, managing cyber risk, building capabilities, and ensuring alignment with group standards, reporting to the Group CISO and Regional CIO.

Responsibilities

Lead Cyber Security strategy and execution across EMEA and APAC.
Drive security-by-design across all technology domains.
Partner with business and technology leaders to manage cyber risk.
Build strong security capabilities, governance and awareness.
Ensure alignment with Group Cyber Security standards and policies.
Oversee regional cyber resilience, vulnerability management and risk reduction initiatives.
Lead security incident preparedness and coordination.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Extensive experience in enterprise cybersecurity, including the development and execution of cybersecurity strategies in large and complex organizations.
Proven experience managing cyber risk within multinational and highly regulated business environments.
Experience leading enterprise-wide cybersecurity programs and transformation initiatives.
Deep knowledge of cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk management frameworks.
Strong understanding of security architecture principles and secure technology design.
Experience with security operations, incident response, threat management, and cyber resilience practices.
Solid knowledge of cybersecurity regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
Ability to assess, prioritize, and communicate cyber risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at executive level.

Desired Qualifications

Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, or equivalent are considered an advantage.
