Responsibilities
- Drive North American Data Analytics activities within the Quality organization.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of organizational data.
- Develop and apply data quality rules, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with colleagues in Europe, India, and Brazil on global data initiatives.
- Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing to strengthen analytical capabilities.
- Maintain integrity and consistency of data across multiple sources (warranty, logged vehicle, customer, manufacturing, truck data).
- Execute analytics assignments from exploratory data analysis to advanced statistical modeling.
- Partner with Engineering, Purchasing, and Q&CS functions on shared goals and reporting strategies.
- Support the development and execution of the organization’s data science and analytics roadmap.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience working with SAS Institute data analytics tools: Enterprise Guide, Databricks, or Azure tables.
- 3 years of experience with SQL, Python, R, Azure Analytics Cloud, Jupyter Notebook, Power BI and Apache Spark.
- 3 years of experience performing SAS Analytics, including SAS Enterprise Guide programming.
- 3 years of experience performing warranty data analytics in a Quality setting.
- Experience working with unsupervised and supervised machine learning techniques.
Desired Qualifications
- In lieu of a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree and 3 years of experience, employer will accept 5 years of experience.
Benefits
- Salary of $162,845 to $169,900 per year.
