Responsibilities
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Analyze ASSA ABLOY revenue performance, profit and loss, and key performance indicators.
- Support business plan development and provide recommendations to management.
- Collect and analyze data for business reports, maintaining database accuracy.
- Establish and maintain systems and controls, verifying data integrity.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to streamline and automate finance processes.
- Participate in process improvement and system automation projects, including RPA.
- Undertake ad hoc projects as required by management.
- Cultivate strong working relationships within the finance team and regional groups.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting or analysis.
- Experience in a multinational company is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant qualification is a plus.
- Professional experience with International Financial Reporting Standards.
- Proficiency in Excel VBA.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning systems.
- Sound business acumen and quantitative/analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Execution-focused with the ability to set and meet aggressive goals.
Desired Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Thai.
- Additional knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Experience with the use of spreadsheets.
- Experience with business intelligence tools.
- Experience leveraging financial and business systems to support decision making.
