Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned independent dealer accounts by developing and executing sales strategies.
- Serve as the primary field representative for Electrolux, Frigidaire, and Vintec brands.
- Deliver product training and sales enablement programs to retail sales associates.
- Collaborate with merchandising teams to implement promotional programs that drive sales.
- Work with dealer stakeholders to improve key business metrics.
- Monitor and proactively manage open orders, inventory challenges, and fulfillment issues.
- Prepare and deliver impactful business reviews and sales presentations.
Requirements
- High School or GED
- 3+ years of sales, account management, retail operations, or related customer-facing experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and deliver results.
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout Southern California and spend significant time in the field.
