Securitas Technology seeks a Director of IT Transformation in Europe to lead a multi-year programme modernising enterprise platforms and standardising business processes. Responsibilities

Lead the continued development and execution of the European IT Transformation Roadmap.
Translate business priorities into a practical technology transformation strategy.
Lead large-scale, multi-country transformation programmes across Europe.
Oversee major modernisation initiatives involving ERP, CRM, enterprise applications, integrations and supporting data platforms.
Partner with leaders across Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain and other functional areas.
Lead the modernisation of enterprise systems including ERP, CRM and supporting data platforms.
Provide leadership, direction and support to IT transformation resources, programme teams, consultants and delivery partners.
Champion organisational change across business units and regions.
Establish and maintain governance frameworks that enable effective programme oversight and performance monitoring.
Own programme budgets and resource planning.

Requirements

Extensive experience leading large-scale IT, digital or business transformation programmes within complex organisations.
Proven track record delivering enterprise-wide ERP, CRM and business systems implementation or modernisation initiatives.
Experience with Oracle Fusion and Microsoft Dynamics 365 across ERP, Operations, CRM and HR modules.
Experience operating at Director level or a comparable senior leadership position within enterprise technology environments.
Demonstrated success leading multi-country or multinational transformation programmes.
Experience managing programme budgets, resources and transformation investments.
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, including direct line management responsibility.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cloud technologies and transformation methodologies.
Experience working with technology vendors, consulting partners and cross-functional business stakeholders.
Familiarity with programme governance, project delivery methodologies and change management approaches.
Strategic thinking combined with strong programme execution capability.
Ability to translate business objectives into practical technology delivery plans.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Effective stakeholder engagement and influencing capability across senior business and technology audiences.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage complexity across multiple countries, workstreams and stakeholder groups.
Strong commercial awareness and budget management capability.
