Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jurm, Badakhshan, Afghanistan. This full-time, on-site role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and have a positive experience with 3M. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. You will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about 3M products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer issues.

Qualifications
