Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Andkhoy, Faryab, Afghanistan. This part-time, on-site role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and have a positive experience with 3M. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, providing information, resolving issues, and addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
