In short

We are seeking a Customer Project Manager to lead assigned customer projects, ensuring project goals are met and customer expectations are fulfilled. This role requires end-to-end project management experience, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Align pre-sales CFR with the contract and delivery.
Develop project plans for approval and target execution.
Manage customer and stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment throughout all stages of execution.
Ensure financial performance to meet target Unadjusted Margin.
Uphold delivery excellence within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
Comply with applicable directives, with focus on zero impact on people and environment.
Maintain data accuracy for conscientious and reliable reporting.

Requirements

Relevant Bachelor's Degree
5 - 7 years' experience in Project Management
End to end/ Full cycle Project Management experience
PMP certification is a plus
Financial Acumen & Analysis Skills
Business Understanding
Consultative Selling Skills as well as great communication skills
Customer and Market Insight
Negotiation, Persuading & influencing Skills
Project Management Skills
Ability to commit to timelines
Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)
Leading & supervising
Planning & organizing
Proficiency with the English Language

Desired Qualifications

PMP certification is a plus
