Responsibilities

Drive Continuous Improvement & Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce losses.
Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams.
Gain exposure to shop floor operations and data-driven decision making.
Participate in Kaizen activities, WCM pillar initiatives, and cross-functional improvement projects.
Focus on digital solutions development for loss identification and analysis.
Contribute to WCM governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop training plans and procedures, and manage training compliance.
Support WCM and Education & Training (E&T) projects and activities.

Requirements

Suggested majors: Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Production and Operation Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Technology and/or Information Systems.
Interest in continuous improvement methodologies.
Interest in project management.

Desired Qualifications

Ideally some manufacturing experience.
Sustainability knowledge is a plus.
