Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a corporate or technical support setting.
- Basic technical literacy including understanding digital banking systems, experience with ticketing tools, MS Office.
- Ability to read different types of codes (ISO 20022, SWIFT MT, txt, etc.).
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve technical issues.
- Team-oriented attitude with openness to collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Great communication skills and fluency in English.
