Responsibilities
- Produce Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual reports for Institutional and Wholesale Distribution (IWD) Management.
- Act as an interface between Sales, Finance, and CRS to troubleshoot flows reallocation and fees.
- Provide ad-hoc holdings and sales analysis to various stakeholders.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision making.
- Contribute to the RFP/DDQ process, collaborating with Investment Product Teams.
- Support the implementation of operational improvements using automation and technology.
- Develop Market Intelligence capabilities for senior management and Sales teams.
Requirements
- Good understanding of asset management processes and workflows (e.g., Fees, Value of AuM, Value of Flows).
- Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis.
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in English, both written and oral.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Power Query).
- Familiarity with SQL.
- Patience, determination, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to leveraging data and technology.
- Effective communication and strong teamwork skills.
- Autonomy and drive for continuous process and workflow improvement.
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI) is a plus.
- Familiarity with any data-oriented language is a plus (Python, C#).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
