Requirements
- Experienced marketing or sales professional with a growth mindset, strong analytical skills, and strategic thinking.
- Proven track record in creating and driving business plans.
- Passion for growth, innovation, and sustainability.
- Collaborative, skilled at stakeholder management, and comfortable working across complex, multi-business organizations.
- Strong understanding of P&L drivers, market dynamics (especially marine), and competitive positioning.
- Proficient in data management and visualization.
- Energized by driving change and delivering measurable business results.
