- Communicate directly with customers for details and status updates.
Requirements
- Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics.
- Comfortable communicating with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or GED.
