Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and key decision-makers to deliver a connected customer engagement experience and drive customer satisfaction through digital sales excellence.
- Act as a trusted advisor shaping customer decisions to adopt Microsoft Azure solutions by winning technical buy-in for consumption projects and usage scenarios.
- Lead and collaborate with Digital Specialists and the extended sales team to conduct business analysis and develop target customer lists.
- Orchestrate technical demonstrations to showcase Microsoft Azure capabilities for customer migration objectives to the Microsoft cloud.
- Collaborate with account teams and partners to track, qualify, and expand new opportunities, building continuous pipeline.
- Engage in conversations with customers to introduce other workloads that enable digital transformation aligned with their industry.
- Proactively build relationships with leadership and field stakeholders to enable team success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (e.g., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR 8+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
- 3+ years of solution sales or consulting services sales experience.
