Als Analog Design Intern wirst du die Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) IP-Team unterstützen, das an One-Time Programmable (OTP) und Multi-Time Programmable (MTP) Speicher-IPs und -Chips arbeitet. Deine Aufgaben umfassen die Unterstützung beim Design von analogen Blöcken, die Durchführung von SPICE-Simulationen zur Überprüfung der Schaltungsleistung und die Anwendung von KI-Tools zur Unterstützung des Designs und der Analyse. Ein Studium in Elektrotechnik oder einem verwandten Bereich ist erforderlich.

Responsibilities

Assist in designing analog blocks for NVM IPs, including charge pumps, high-voltage switches, sense amplifiers, and bandgap references.
Run SPICE simulations to verify circuit performance across Process, Voltage, and Temperature (PVT) corners and Monte Carlo mismatches.
Develop your understanding of NVM operations and the physics and constraints of OTP and MTP memory architectures.
Work alongside senior designers to support analog circuit design, simulation, and verification activities.
Use AI tools to support analog design, simulation analysis, and technical documentation.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a closely related field.
Strong foundational knowledge of CMOS technology, MOSFET device physics, and basic analog building blocks.
Familiarity with industry-standard EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso or Synopsys Custom Compiler.
Ability to work with AI tools to support analog design, simulation analysis, and technical documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good technical documentation and communication skills.
