Provide onsite Desk Side Support for end-users, resolving computing incidents and service requests while maintaining a high-quality user experience. This role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and endpoint issues, coordinating with support teams, and maintaining asset inventory. Requires hands-on experience in Desktop/Desk Side Support with strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite support for end-user devices and workplace technology.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and endpoint-related incidents.
Perform device swap, repair, IMACD and fulfilment activities.
Coordinate with Service Desk and remote support teams for escalated issues.
Maintain accurate asset inventory and CMDB updates following support activities.
Work within the DSS Dedicated/Dispatch operating model and comply with SLA and closure requirements.
Provide clear communication to users and relevant resolver/support teams.

Requirements

Hands-on experience in Desktop/Desk Side Support or EUC.
Good troubleshooting knowledge of Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, hardware and connectivity.
Familiarity with endpoint management and enterprise ITSM environments.
Strong customer service, communication and troubleshooting skills.

Desired Qualifications

Experience supporting enterprise/global environments with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
