Responsibilities

Supporting month-end and year-end General Ledger activities.
Preparing and posting journal entries, recurring postings and cost allocations.
Assisting with balance sheet reconciliations and clearing of balance sheet accounts.
Supporting accounting processes and responding to requests from internal stakeholders.
Participating in continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.

Requirements

University degree (or currently completing studies), preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
Requires being in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).

Desired Qualifications

Experience with SAP or another ERP system will be an advantage.
Knowledge of German will be considered a strong asset.
Curious and eager to learn, taking ownership of your professional development.
Detail-oriented and able to analyse information carefully and accurately.
A collaborative team player who communicates openly and adapts well to change.
