  • Facilitating and being accountable for daily standups, sprint planning, and demos in a highly agile team environment.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
  • Analyse product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure theyre met.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
  • Creating and managing product manuals, user manuals, architecture diagrams, sequence flow diagrams and workflows specific to the region
  • Coordinating product releases with marketing, sales, and sales support
