We are looking for a Dynamic Integration Engineer (Workday, Boomi IPAAS) with demonstrated ability to be part of Agile team structure to deliver technical solutions in HR Domain.

What You'll Do:

Be an active member of Agile team and participate in Agile rituals

Design Data Integrations between various HR systems across functions like Core HR, Hiring, Onboarding, Workforce Planning, Transitions and Acquisitions.

Collaborate with Technical Leads, Scrum leads and Product owner gain understanding on requirements, business outcomes and technical reviews.

Design & Develop Data Integrations on Workday HCM and Workday Adaptive Platforms

Design & Develop Data Integrations on IPAAS Platforms like Boomi IPAAS and MuleSoft

Collaborate & participate in technical forums and design reviews with Engineers across peer scrum teams.

Collaborate & participate in technical forums and design reviews with Engineers across peer scrum teams.

Follow engineering standard processes with Code reviews, CI/CD Pipeline based deployments, Documentation, and test-driven development.

Who You Are:

You are a passionate engineer with experience in designing & developing Data Integrations and solutions in HR Domain. You are focused towards delivering the best quality technical solutions to meet business outcomes in Agile delivery model. You embody principles of continuous improvement, Positive demeanor, and technical craftsmanship.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years’ experience as Data Integration engineer

3- 5 years of Experience in building complex Integrations on Workday HCM platform using Workday Studio, RAAS APIs, EIBs, Workday APIs, XSLT Transformations, and Integration business processes

3- 5 years of Experience in building complex Integrations Boomi IPAAS platform using data sources like Database, Rest APIs, SOAP APIs

Prior experience in Building Integrations and Data models on Workday Adaptive platform

3-4 years of Proven experience on RDBMS Databases like Oracle using SQL Language

Prior experience of working on HR and/or Enterprise Applications Domain

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Prior Experience working in Agile methodology with tools like Jira, Rally etc.

Nice to have Requirements:

Experience on building Data models and Designing Data transformations.

Exposure to Rest API Development using technologies like Java, IPAAS and Go.
