We are looking for a Dynamic Data Engineer with validated ability to be member of Agile team structure to deliver technical solutions in HR Domain.
What You'll Do:
- Be an active member of Agile team and participate in Agile rituals
- Design HR Data models for functional areas like Core HR, Time & Absence, Compensation, Performance etc.
- Collaborate with Technical Leads, Scrum leads and Product owner gain understanding on requirements, business outcomes and technical reviews.
- Develop & Test Data Ingestion and Data Transformations using Informatica, Oracle PLSQL and other tools like Boomi IPAAS.
- Develop Data visualization of HR Reporting & Analytics
- Collaborate & participate in technical forums and design reviews with Engineers across peer scrum teams.
- Follow engineering standard processes with Code reviews, CI/CD Pipeline based deployments, Documentation and test-driven development.
Who You Are:
You are a hardworking engineer with experience in designing & developing Data pipelines and Visualizations. You are focused towards delivering best quality technical solutions to meet business outcomes in Agile delivery model. You embody principles of continuous improvement, Positive demeanor, and technical craftsmanship.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience as Data engineer
- Working experience on Relational Database Development using SQL, PLSQL on Data bases like Oracle, MySQL etc.
- Working Experience on Informatica Power Center for Data Ingestion and Data Transformations
- Data Visualization experience using Tableau and/or Power BI
- Develop Data visualization of HR Reporting & Analytics
- Data Modelling experience on Transactional, Dimensional and Analytics Models
- Prior experience on Workday PRISM Data model Design & Build
- 3-4 years of Proven experience in HR Domain
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Prior Experience working in Agile methodology with tools like Jira, Rally etc.
Nice to have Requirements:
- Experience on Cloud Data warehouses like GCP BigQuery, Snowflake
- Experience on Data transformation tools like DBT.
- Exposure to IPAAS Platforms like Boomi IPAAS, MuleSoft.
