Description and Responsibilities of Position

  • Deploy transformational projects in Cx Enablers to drive technology and product improvements while delivering high quality products and systems in reduced cycle time and cost.
  • Growth focused by driving growth through Innovation and Ideation, working closely with Product Managers, PAC and GBE leaders.
  • Effective communicator and contributor by working closely with Customers, Product Owners and Product Managers to define the requirements, scope and schedule for Cx Enablers product line.
  • Work with Product Integrity team to understand the certification requirements and adhere the same for the Cx Product.
  • Work with Cyber Security team and make sure the Cx Enablers products are Cyber secure
  • Hands on support on the entire product design, development, verification, and installation.

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • In depth knowledge on DO-178, DO-160, DO-254, DO-326 and DO-356 standards and ability to translate that to product requirements.
  • Hands on experience on Hardware, Software, Qualification and Cyber security and apply the knowledge on the CX Enablers product development.
  • Ability to adapt and course correct based on product, technology and market changes.
  • Autonomous decision making and ability to lead global teams.
  • Positive attitude and takes initiative when dealing with challenges and opportunities

Education and Qualification Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (We value master’s degree if available)
  • 16+ Years of experience in the design and product development in connectivity technologies.
  • Strong technical background in communications protocols (Networking and Aircraft data-buses)
