此職位為全職的保固專員，工作地點為混合模式的台灣台北。主要負責管理及執行車輛保固相關業務，確保保固案件符合原廠政策及公司規範，並擔任服務廠的重要溝通窗口，以提升保固作業品質與營運效率。

Responsibilities

負責保固案件申請、審核及相關行政作業執行，確保案件資料完整、作業流程符合原廠及公司規範，提升案件處理效率與準確性。
定期執行服務廠保固稽核作業，檢視保固申請品質及作業符合度，針對異常案件提出改善建議並追蹤改善進度，以提升整體服務品質。
提供保固政策與手冊條文諮詢服務，協助服務廠正確理解原廠保固規範及作業流程，降低作業錯誤與保固爭議。
規劃並執行服務廠保固教育訓練課程，包括保固政策更新、系統操作、案例分享及作業規範宣導，確保各服務廠掌握最新資訊並符合原廠要求。
擔任服務廠與公司內部之保固業務窗口，提供日常作業支援與問題排除，促進跨部門及外部夥伴間的有效溝通與合作。

Requirements

擁有離校後非正規教育第四級的學歷。
