Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation and support of supply chain planning solutions.
Learn and contribute to demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning processes.
Support data analysis, reporting, and system configuration tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, IT developers, and consultants.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to build domain and technical expertise.

Requirements

Recent graduates (B.E./B.Tech, MCA, MBA – Supply Chain / IT / Operations).
Basic understanding of supply chain concepts and interest in enterprise IT systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity with Excel, SQL, and proficiency in at least one programming language.
Eagerness to learn SAP or other ERP systems.

Desired Qualifications

Recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
Familiarity with SAP IBP, S/4HANA, Kinaxis, and cloud-based planning tools is a plus.
Knowledge of AI, ML, and data science trends is beneficial.
