As a QA Program Manager for Global Shared Services (GSS), you will manage straightforward QA projects for digital publishing campaigns, focusing on quality assurance and process improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, track project metrics, and present updates to leadership, ensuring adherence to quality standards and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage straightforward QA projects related to existing programs, supporting quality initiatives across the team.
  • Execute quality assurance audit processes and sampling methods within established frameworks.
  • Perform quality review of AV (Audio-Visual) assets to ensure adherence to creative specifications, brand guidelines, and technical standards.
  • Track and report project-level metrics (Internal QA Score, External QA Score, QC Sampling Rate).
  • Collaborate with peers across teams to ensure quality alignment and manage project-level dependencies.
  • Create, develop, and maintain standard operating procedures, documentation, and quality resources.
  • Identify roadblocks and project-level risks; drive resolution or escalate promptly.
  • Apply project management best practices to improve team and process efficiency.
  • Create and share process improvements and operational procedures within the team.
  • Support existing QA frameworks for each LOB, including sampling strategies and compliance regulation processes.
  • Communicate project status clearly and concisely, providing updates to peers, manager, and partners.
  • Present quality performance and project updates to leaders up to L7.
  • Document quality issues, contribute to root cause analysis (RCAs), and support quality reporting.
  • Train new team members and actively support knowledge sharing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with digital asset management tools.
  • Experience in written and spoken English and an ability to compose grammatically correct, concise and accurate written responses.
  • Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization.
  • Experience establishing processes, workflows, standard procedures and change management.
  • Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience with end-to-end project management.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in quality assurance, quality programs, or a related operational area.
  • Experience executing quality assurance processes and audit methodologies.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (DMAIC, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to support decisions.
  • Background in graphic design, visual design, or a related creative discipline, with the ability to evaluate AV asset quality against brand and technical standards.

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
  • Experience in MS Access and SQL.
  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents.
  • Experience using Microsoft Projects software.
  • Experience with material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation and maintenance.
  • Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in online advertising, marketing, sales or digital media.
  • Experience with data analytics platforms (Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau), or experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses.
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field (Program Management, Program Graphic Design, Visual Design, Advertising, Digital Media, Computer Science) or equivalent proven experience.
  • Familiarity with quality management methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, or similar).
  • Experience in the entertainment or streaming industry.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media platforms).
  • Track record of creating process improvements with measurable impact at the team level.
  • Experience training or onboarding new team members and facilitating knowledge-sharing activities.
