Responsibilities

Create inspiring room settings, vignettes, and sales areas reflecting the IKEA identity.
Translate customer insights and local market needs into functional and commercial home furnishing solutions.
Contribute to showroom presentations showcasing different styles, price points, and living situations.
Stay updated on home furnishing, retail, and lifestyle trends.
Ensure high-quality and cost-conscious implementation of all range presentations.
Collaborate with the Communication & Interior Design (Com&In) team and other departments.
Maintain a visually appealing, safe, and engaging shopping environment.
Support the store in strengthening customer engagement and delivering a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

Requirements

Passionate about home furnishing, interior design, and understanding how people live at home.
Creative with a strong eye for aesthetics and detail.
Able to create inspiring, functional, and commercially relevant home furnishing solutions aligned with the IKEA identity.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with a hands-on approach.
A collaborative team player who enjoys learning and working with others.
Educated or experienced in Interior Design or a related field.
Skilled in visualizing, drawing, and presenting creative ideas.
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD or other relevant design software.
Possess basic communication skills in English.
Flexible to work in shifts.
